Terms of Service

• Rental period begins on the agreed-upon start date and ends on the agreed-upon return date.
• The Company will deliver and retrieve the rented equipment at the location specified by the Renter at checkout.
• Renter agrees to use the equipment for its intended purpose only.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start date are subject to a maximum refund of 50% of the rental order total.

• In the event of inclement weather conditions that prevent the safe or reasonable use of rented beach equipment, the Company may provide a partial refund at its discretion.
• Weather-related refunds are limited to 50% of the daily rental total for each day the equipment cannot be used due to severe weather conditions such as thunderstorms, high winds, or other hazardous weather.
• Weather refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the affected rental day(s) and are subject to verification of weather conditions in the rental location area.
• The Company reserves the right to determine what constitutes inclement weather that would qualify for a refund under this policy.

• Renter is responsible for the equipment while in their possession and agrees to return all rented items in the same condition they were received, excluding normal wear and tear.
• If any equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period, the Renter agrees to pay the full replacement or repair cost as determined by the Company.
• The Company will assess any damages and notify the Renter of applicable charges.

• The Company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect delivery address inputted by the Renter at checkout.
• If an incorrect address is provided, the Renter is responsible for any additional fees associated with re-delivery, if applicable.

• Renter is responsible for adhering to all local laws, regulations, and restrictions regarding beach equipment usage.
• The Company is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.

• The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using the rented equipment.
• Renter assumes full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others using the equipment, regardless of whether the Company set up the equipment on behalf of the customer.

By completing the rental transaction, the Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Rental Agreement.
