Do you deliver to where I'm staying?

Yes! We deliver directly to your vacation rental, hotel, or house so you don't have to worry with lugging anything around. Our team will coordinate the perfect delivery time that works with your schedule.

What happens when we're checking out?

Our team will coordinate a pickup time for your equipment the evening before you check out or the morning of, whichever is most convenient for you. We make the process seamless so you can focus on enjoying your last moments at the beach!

What if I want to swap out an item?

Easy! Just text or email our team and we'll run the new item out to you. An upcharge may apply as well as a delivery fee for the swap, but we're always happy to accommodate changes to make your beach experience perfect.

What beaches do you service?

Currently, we service the majority of NC and SC beaches with expansions into VA and GA coming soon. Our coverage includes popular destinations like Myrtle Beach, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Emerald Isle, and many more along the Crystal Coast and Grand Strand.

Do you offer other items or services than just beach gear?

Yes! We can deliver groceries, bring you lunch on the beach, give you a ride somewhere, or run a quick errand. Our concierge service is ready to make your vacation worry-free. Just ask us what you need - we're here to help!
